Lordship Salvation False Doctrine

Image result for paul Washer false prophet

Paul Washer is a lying false prophet that teaches a strong lordship salvation. Lordship salvation is a doctrine that teaches that in order to be saved, you have to turn over a new leaf and make Jesus the Lord of your life. This teaching is not found anywhere in scripture which is why Paul Washer has to twist scripture to support his false doctrine. He uses Matthew 7:15-20 where it reads,

"15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them."

Paul Washer deceitfully twists this passage to say that you can tell if someone is really a Christian or not by judging them by their fruits. If you are a Christian that isn't following, and obeying Christ then you are not saved. If you don't do works you're not saved is what this translates as. What this false prophet doesn't realize is that this passage in Matthew chapter 7 is talking about FALSE PROPHETS! The verse starts out by saying "Beware of false prophets". The scripture is teaching that you will know false prophets by their fruit. Not other Christians!
This is why Paul Washer and his wife are not saved because they believe a false gospel. The Bible teaches that "whosoever believeth on him should not perish". That "he that believeth on me hath everlasting life". Jesus said in John 11:26 that "..whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.." The Bible teaches that we are justified by faith alone and not by works.
It would make no sense to believe that every true Christian is going to bring forth fruit when Hebrews 12:6 says "For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth". If every Christian is supposed to just be good and obedient then why did God say that he will chasten us? Why did Paul talk of the struggle with his flesh and him doing things that he didn't want to because of the sin the dwelt in him in Romans chapter 7:14-25? Every Christian isn't going to keep God's commandments. Every Christian isn't going to do what's right in the sight of God. But that doesn't mean that they are not saved. That just means that they are backslidden and will be punished on this earth. The Holy Spirit isn't going to depart from someone because they are not bringing forth fruit. The Holy Spirit is our seal that wont depart from us (2 Corinthians 1:20-22). As Paul said in Romans Chapter 8, nothing can separate us from the love God. NOTHING! Once saved ALWAYS SAVED!
If you think you are a Christian because you do good works than you are not a Christian. You are on your way to hell just like every other unbeliever. We are not under the law. Our salvation doesn't come from obedience to God. We are under grace. Our salvation comes from something that we do not deserve. Praise God fro his grace.
Paul Washer is a lying false prophet that teaches that you know you are saved when you do good works. Our eternal security should not rest in our works. It should rest in the work that Christ did on the cross. Praise God!
The Bible teaches in John 8:47 "He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God." Every Christian, Every Believer, and Every Saint, will hear the word of God. They will listen to God's word. Hear this, "FOR BY GRACE ARE YE SAVED, THROUGH FAITH.." (EPHESIANS 2:8)
